  Dear Parents/Carers,

   

  Despite being closed to all pupils this week we have had a number of positive COVID-19 cases reported to school and so in the interest of everyone's safety the decision has been made to keep school closed for another week. Remote learning is in place for all pupils and parents have access to relevant staff to support their son/daughter. Should you wish to email me directly please feel free to do so and I will respond as soon as I am able to. Alternatively, you can contact me on the school mobile 07754128111 as the school office will remain closed.

   

  We plan to re-open to the part-time provision on Monday 25th January. Many thanks for your continued support and understanding at this very difficult time, it is much appreciated.

• Mental Health Family Hour

  Some pupils in Lancashire schools have stated they are feeling incredibly anxious, struggling to motivate themselves and also feeling scared about losing family or friends to COVID-19.

  Next Thursday (21^st) at 10am, Jan and Dave will be doing an episode on the Mental Health Family Hour to address these concerns. This will be beneficial for all pupils, staff and parents.

  We really encourage families to watch this episode. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions at the end. You will not be on camera, as it is via Twitch.
